Hidden Hills will try and accommodate set up times with the Bride/Groom.  If room is not rented Entrance to hall can be the day prior to wedding. In the event the room is rented the day prior to the wedding date time for set-up will be the day of wedding earliest 8am.

All Decorating must be approved by Hidden Hills. “To Suit Your Fancy” is the contracted decorator for Hidden Hills, no other decorators are allowed without permission.  Hidden Hills will provide all tablecloths cutlery and dishes for the venue.
