Hall Rental
Indoor Venue space is $1000.00, which is required as a deposit to reserve the date requested. Special Holidays dates the rental is $2000.00. Holidays are considered as per Calendar Holidays. Outdoor Venue space ranges as per theme Tee Off Block space $500, designated areas of the golf course can be utilized for an additional cost ranging from $500 and up. Patio or Tent Rental for ceremonies are an available. We also offer quaint events in a private setting off of the Dining Room for $75.00. As per health regulations no outside catering or liquor is allowed. All plates and bar services will be catered and bartended from Hidden Hills staff.

Capacity
Hidden Hills will try and accommodate set up times with the Bride/Groom. If room is not rented Entrance to hall can be the day prior to wedding. In the event the room is rented the day prior to the wedding date, time for set-up will be the day of the wedding starting at no earlier than 8am.
- The Banquet Hall is licensed for 300 people.
- Legacy Bar & Grill is licensed for 175 people.
- The Dining Room offers smaller private rooms with capacities of 20-60 people.
Smoking Policy
Chatham-Kent has a smoke free policy for all public buildings and patios. Smoking is allowed on grassed areas only. It is not prohibited in the breezeway between clubhouse and Pro shop. There are Smoke stations with Ashtrays available on the areas designed for smokers. Anyone found smoking in prohibited areas will be asked to leave.
Set-Up / Decorating Meals
All meals must be catered through Hidden Hills. Late night Menus are available and can be discussed at initial meeting with the happy couple. Wedding cakes can be permitted if under a vendor but will not be allowed if brought from an unlicensed kitchen as per health regulation.
Hidden Hills accommodates specialty menus for those with dietary restrictions.
Bar Services
All Supplies for the bar will be provided by Hidden Hills. (Glasses, Mix, Condiments). All Bartenders are Smart Serve Qualified. Hidden Hills offers different types of Bar Services to facilitate Bride/Groom Budget. Open Bar, Toonie/Loonie Bar, Cash Bar. Pricing can be determined at initial meeting.
- Specialty Drinks can be added for extra cost approved by Bride/Groom and Management.
- Bar is Licensed till 2am.
- Wine can be brought in with a special occasions permit and a corkage fee of $9.00 per bottle will apply.
- Hidden Hills has wine available as per wine menu with the cost of $29.95 per bottle.
- The Bar will be closed at Dinner and reopen after speeches.
Socan Tax
Everyone is obligated to pay this tax. The venue where you are holding your function is a public space. Music creators and publishers are entitled to be paid when their music is played. Socan’s job is to ensure that all public performances of music are licensed. The fee is $75.00
